Andrew Reynolds- System Specialist at CITES!

acornactiveandrew.jpgAndrew Reynolds is working at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
His is the documentation specialist for the Campus Information Technologies and Educational Services or the CITES.

Andrew is a very intelligent programmer, but not an archaeologist and he has very good skills in this field. He’s the one who is responsible in the telecommunications aspect of the said university like phone, e-mail, back-ups, system administration, class registration, wireless networking, hardware installation, police and fire department.

Because of his very good skills in programming Andrew was previously a Unix system administrator in which he was the one who works on the infrastructure design and programming to user education and explanation of best practices. Andrew Reynolds enjoys coaching taking complicated and challenging tasks and explains them so that they could understand very well especially for the users who are newbie.
